IM SICK AND TIRED OF TELKOM!!!!!!!

I’m sick of telkom my debt orders run on the 5th of every month but now it’s the 3rd of July and my lines are locked I have no idea why and this isn’t the first time I’m sick of this network I’ve been trying to phone their customer care and I’ve been hanging for an hour because all their operators are busy... I’m sick and tired!!!
