I'm SICK and TIRED of shiKOM!

KOKETSO MASWANGANYI, NOMPUMELELO MON MSOMI worse was THULI (Didn't get her surname) EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Telkom is the next ANC, employing *********** consultants, if they even deserve to be called "consultants".

First of all, I have 3 accounts with telkom - 2 routers for R139 each and recently took out another 1, a contract for R349 which all in all it's supposed to be R630 debited from my account monthly but guess what.. it has NEVER, since Oct 2019 i've been debited more than a R1000 monthly all for different reasons, "R380.30 was un-allocated for.., late payments.. etc " but I gave them a simple instruction to debit on 26th of every month.

I feel SICK to my stomach just trying to call or have communication with telkom cos it's never straight answers with them.
