I'm sick and tired o TELKOM

Good afternoon,I'm Ntoh Shange,Telkom deducted money from my bank account in August and twice now in November,I had to reverse it since I have no contract with them and the bank charges me for these reversal,and when I went to enquire they are telling me to go to police station to open a case
