I’m resolved query

Telkom customer care line is the worst they are *********** I’ve been calling them for the same issue every day and they can’t, help they told me the matter was resolved ,come month end nothing was resolved I finished paying my contract and I’m on month to month they keep debiting incorrect amounts and I asked them to put my data on fixed and they said it was done I’m tired,this is not right
