I'm not happy with my cellular service provider

This morning, 20 March 2024 when I woke up telkom suspended my line.I've been making monthly payment. When I asked via their social media they said I owe them penalty fees because they don't get money in my account when they tried to debit on the 07th of every month. They gave me Reference number last year for when I want to make EFT, I always make EFT payment every month end.
