I was so impressed when I app**** for fibre internet 4 days ago. Nompumelelo at the Overport City branch was professional, friendly and wholly efficient. She understood my needs and within no time my application was put through. To my utter delight, the technicians called me the next day to install. I wasn't available(I mean who knew these things could happen so fast), but it is now 4 days later and I'm fully connected. Wow. Thank you Telkom. I will be sure to recommend you. In fact, the branch at Overport City seems to be busier every time I go past it, no doubt because of the ongoing excellent service.
