I'm done with Telkom

I went in to the Phoenix plaza to get a swipe done ,I was told that they're office and mind you this is the second time since yesterday. My entire life is hold , I can't access my banking apps ,get my What's app or get money because I need to do a simswap. I requested for a quotation or proof of purchase for my case ,as requested by the detective who is handling case , the lady was assisting me was very rude , even raised her voice in front of the others stuff and customers, another agent had to assist me .I even broke down and cried in front everyone because I'm going through a lot, I dealing with a ******* case and I don't need that type of behaviour.yYour stuff has no empathy for they customers.It's very important to be kind to others because you don't know what they're going through. When I walked out ,the 2 agents laughed, which means I'm stupid . Telkom needs to do better with they service, I can't waiting for my contract to end in December and take the business someone else. I'm done with Telkom
