I'm done with Telkom

I had to pay Telkom 12k for ***** I didn't commit last month, mainly cause I lost my iPad and didn't realize on time that I lost it, but some how Telkom let the ********** exceed the limits, mind you it was a closed contract . I'm very disappointed I've been with them since 2014 I finished my 24m contract with them but since I've been receiving monthly data I decided not to stop it. it really breaks my heart that I've been a loyal customer to these guys for so long. All I can say is no more I'm done with Telkom I don't even want to see their TV ad's. They know nothing about putting themselves on customers shoes
