Im done with TELKOM

So my account was blocked because I couldnt answer a few questions. I was told that it will be unblocked after 72 hours. Its over two months now and I am still waiting. I have been to Telkom a couple of times and its the same old story. They dont know what they are doing. They keep referring to the invisible back office that dont know how to do their job. Its rediculous really. I will be cancelling my contracts. Im DONE!!
