I'm DISGUSTED, DISAPPOINTED... Stay AWAY from TELKOM

Unfortunately, I am not able to rate 0 stars!! Telkom overall is useless. I can't wait to have my Telkom contract cancelled. I pay every month a mountain of cash for my uncapped Telkom Wi-Fi, guess what... The wifi is capped, glued and then *****ed. Everything of Telkom is up to $?!t I after an entire month, 6 calls eventually I found a "Telkom customer CARE representative" that logged the fault of my landline!! I have 2 businesses to run, and a third to market. I got so far behind everything because of idiotic and ********* Telkom I had to BUY data and airtime (additionally) too hotspot my laptop to get some work done. None of my employees or partners can work, because we can't even send emails !! I wouldn't suggest ANYONE to do ANY bussiness with Telkom!! Please do yourself a favour and sta AWAY from Telkom, rather consider another Fibre offering ISP, (e.g. Vodacom etc.), or a ISP like Vodacom, SkyWorks etc. anything BUT TELKOM!!
