Im bored

I'm sick and tired of Telkom hle... One of thier marketing agents called me regarding a router contract and i had accepted the offer and provided them with all my details including the Banking details and also when to debit my account... No instead they never debited and never bothered to call me ask why if they tried to debit... And im not owning only their contract and now blaming myself why dd i get bored to such an extent that i accepted thier offer. I tried calling sending emails and even Twitter but no response from any of those mara... What they do is to handover my name to the debt collectors for what reasons.... Was i bankrupt or lose my job or what??? N if they found my account details changed why Cell C never got it closed or changed since 2009 until today????
