IM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF

I have two contracts with Telkom mobile,I changed bank accounts when I bought the 2nd phone.Told the agent I want to be debited on another account,okay I guess they didn't get that part missed a payment they closed the lines.I call trying to find out why they tell me missed payment....anyway long story short,missed one payment,two weeks after date of payment got handed over,debt collector takes the money for the month owed and the next debit order 5 days later still no package,my fone locked but they have the month owed and the new month debit order but I can't use my fone.Called an agent,he kept on patronizing me and telling me about how the company who collected hasn't sent the money but I got acknowledgement of debt and an sms saying my services will be reinstated but ***** HAS HAPPENED!!Wish I'd stayed with MTN Can't wait for this ****ed two yrs to end won't upgrade *** Service.Im basically being taken advantage of.I payed you you handed me over in 10 days I pay you,you take the next month's debit order but u still don't provide the service.Consumer protection ereng mara?
