I’m at a dead-end

I am saddened that I have not gotten any assistance from both customer care toll free and Menlyn Telkom outlet. At Menlyn I was told they only assist contract customers, if I ask which branch can assist me, the lady said she does know. All I’m looking for is a printout of the calls that I made on the 29 June 2021. This information is required by my lawyer, urgently. I am a prepaid customer and I am willing to pay for that statement/printout
