Telkom has disgusting service. I have had numerous issues for the past 3 weeks with my adsl account which was supposed to have been cancelled and fibre was put in however everything was suddenly was suspended, the account is still being debited but noone wants to help. A lady named Wendy from the call centre actually cut my call after i waited for about 1 hour on the line with her. Telkom is pathetic and i will never ever use their services again
