illigal deductions

<p>This month I saw an amount of R168 on my account and it says 12 months’ contract directory entries. I never signed up for anything. I phone Telkom and they said they cannot help me and that I must contact directory myself. They gave me the number, but after like 2 hours on the phone they still did not answer so I put the phone down. This is crazy! They take my money without me authorizing it and then I have to go through so much **** to sort it out. Really? Can one lay a charge of ***** against them?</p>
