*******ly changing phone contract

A warning to anyone to never use Telkom - unless they are able to actually support and assist customers I do not care if they try to say they have good products: They have simply changed the contract to one I specifically requested they not do, after numerous calls to 10213, mails to ***, a visit to the branch and now via a supposed online Tekom chat - NO RESOLUTION.
