*******ly changing contract

There is no zero rating. Have logged Three calls to stop changing of contract and they still did it rsgardless LIES from call Centre telling me it would be stopped and they simply do not confirm. Ref ***. This is for my 85 yr old mom so now I have to arrange power of attorney.
