******* subscriptions added to Telkom account
Dear Fabian
I came to you on 10 April 2021 at Telkom Bayside after my initial query ***9 of 7 March wasn't resolved and you said if my query ***5 of 10 April is once more not resolved, I must contact you.Well the bad news is, it is still not resolved.
The R948.00 (Jan to Apr) in ******* deductions for a subscription service which I couldn't have subscribed to as it happened on my router has not been corrected on my account. This has been admitted as an error on your side with some Telkom Plus affiliate service. As I only picked up the issue with my March debit order that my normal LTE subscription of R248.10 was incorrectly deducted, I went to Telkom where I learnt that R530.10 was deducted in February, R746.10 in March and R416.10 will be deducted in April.
I was expecting a credit of R699.90 on my account for May (R948 - R248.10), but yet again the query is still not resolved and my account reads that I owe Telkom R248.10.
Please look into this as a matter of urgency.
As mentioned in my email, I'm placing this on Hello Peter as well as this has been carrying on for 5 months and needs to be resolved now.
I received these two sms's regarding the case.
10.04.2021 Telkom SA: Dear Customer,Your query will be attended to.Your case number is ***5Please do not reply to this SMS.
21.04.2021 Telkom SA: Dear customer,Your case no ***5 is resolved. Please call 081180 for Telkom Mobile related queries and 10210 for Telkom Services and Products related queries.
Kind Regards, Christo van den Berg
This being said, Telkom definitely needs more staff like you, dedicated to client satisfaction and going the extra mile in resolving matters as prior to you, nothing was getting done and you saw it through to the end, for that, I'm very grateful.
