******* premium increase

I have 3 contracts with telkom and my tablet for R299 ended in Dec15. I went into stoor before in Nov and Dec and also on 180 to enquire about my options. I was informed that if I still wanted my data only the premium will adjust auto to R99 per month on a month to month basis To which i agreed cause i could afford a new contract<br> On 26/03/16 I noticed that Telkom went behind my back and increase the premium for the data to more than 5 times to R505 with my permission. I was highly upset and to make matters worst the operator on 180 no put he phone down on me. It took me another hour to get through and i was told that Telkom did me a favor and that i should have paid the R505 from the start of the contract and that Telkom will only respond to my complaint in few months. I stopped argument and log a compaint anyway and canceled the contract.<br> This ahs never happened to me and is unaceptable and ******* and i will not accept this. Telkom need to pay the R1215 which they *******ly took out of my acc ohterwise i will need to take action to get it
