******* - Personal info being displayed

Today I tried applying for a Telkom adsl line in Pretoria, while I was still on the website I received a msg's from a unknown number asking If I (name), I asked who was asking and the gentleman explained who he was, I then confirmed that I am the person he was looking for, He then confirm that while he was applying for the same adsl line online in PE, and let me know that on the application section of the website he was seeing ALL my personal, work and financial details on his screen!!! MY PERSONAL DETAILS, ID, Address, banking details, work details, telephone details. I now wonder who else in South Africa has all of my details.<br> <br> I have now been trying for over an hour trying to get hold of Telkom and have not gotten through,<br> <br> how am I now suppose to gain any trust to get a landline or adsl line if all my information will get displayed for all too see,<br> <br> MUST THIS BECOME A LEGAL MATTER OR WILL TELKOM GET BACK TO ME?
