******* ITC listing for account fully paid

<p>I had a Telkom landline and Telkom mobile account since 1993.</p> <p> </p> <p>2016 I cancelled both accounts and both was fully paid.In fact we overpaid and Zulfah of Telkom hq closed both accounts and arranged that we get refunded R863,which we did.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my shock,I just saw on ITC that Telkom listed me for R600 plus? HOW,FOR WHAT?</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE CORRECT AND UPDATE AND REMOVE THIS ******* LISTING IMMEDIATELY</p>
