******* increase without notification

In June 2022 I signed up for the telkom uncapped LTE for R449 per month. The contrat I signed says R449!

Whe the first debit order went off, Telkom took R549. R100 more. The 2nd debit order went offnand again R549.

I called in to fnd out why and the consultant said he's not sure why and that he's also upset as his debit order went up without notification.

This is ******* and apparently something to do with government which is shocking to hear.

I will be going legal unless this is sorted out immediately.
