I received a phonecall from a company that my telkom account is in areas from VVM for collection of R670.19 on the 12 July 2022 . email: ***. I then went to my telkom statement and it shows that i'm not in arears account number *** statement date 01 July 2022. My frustration is that I have never received a call from Telkom to inform me that I have an amount outstanding , the only communication i received was that i'm handed over . Calling telkom to find out is also a pain. If they see this review can they please contact me on *** I have done a call back weeks ago ...
