******* deductions for out of bundle rates which I did not agree to.

Telkom have been deducting money *******ly from my bank account claiming I have used out of bundle rates. This was never agreed upon. It never happend ,but now that my contract is nearing to an end Telkom is doing this. I went to the outlet at Canal Walk to have a stop to this transactions, but it happened again where they just feel free to deduct an extra R500.00 again end of October. This money Telkom deducts is not budgeted for them and it makes me mad as hell. I feel like sabotaging them. I think I must speak to a lawyer as this kite is not going to fly...
