This is a follow up on a previous complaint. The reference number issued to me by telkom is : SM219444<br> I was promised the relevant DEPARTMENT WOULD FIX THE ISSUE of the ******* deduction, and I have not heard from anyone, nor got my money back,<br> I still want the refund
