******* deductions
I had a data contract , I believe number is ***, of 5GB a month at R99
I was called to upgrade in December 2015, and again in January 2016, I declined since the data offered was 1GB, and I told them that my needs was way above the current contract I had which was 5Gb at the time,
I send them a cancellation letter, signed on 21, January 2016. at 10:49:46 +0000

The following month , 29 February 2016, they deducted R290.25. I sent them another letter, and copied the agent that I initially spoke too, [Email Removed] and [Email Removed]
I queried the deductions, and no response was forthcoming,
Again on 31 March 2016, there was another deduction of R99
I called [Email Removed] and she said I must go to the nearest store and complain there,

I find it strange that this contract was signed and sealed over the phone, Why can't it be cancelled over the phone?
Why should I write letters of cancellations (Which I did), and it still does not cancelled?
I would like my refund
