I took out a 24 month LTE fixed broadband contract with telkom which expired on the 15-12-2017

I put in a request for cancellation of the contract in October 2017 The contract did not get cancelled I put in another set of forms in November 2017 The contract did not get cancelled I went to Cresta branch inDecember , the staff at the branch faxed in the cancellation request The contract STILL didn't get cancelled

Having no other choice, I put a stop order on the debit payments for R625.00

Ever since some ******* telkom Naedo debit for R1250 is coming off my account at random dates ( 25-01-2018, 15-02-2018)

WHO THE HELL DO TELKOM THINK THEY ARE ????!!!!

Stop attempting to ***** money out of my account, you are not going to get anywhere, it takes a 10 minute phone call the reverse a debit order, and you can be assured I will not mis one, not even if you keep changing the date you try and ***** money from me ...
