Telkom is adding debit orders against my bank account and I'm not even a customer. 15 April and 20 April debit orders were deducted from my account. I spoke to Neo Biolet Ntsia on Friday 16 April 2021 at 11:30 from Telkom and she confirmed the deduction from Telkom. I've logged a complaint/***** case with out any feedback or acknowledgement of the documents sent to *** I've phoned Friday 16 April again today 21 April and today hold until the phone disconnected.
