******* Debit checks in my account

Telkom is the worst cellular company I ever dealt with. I canceled my (Sim only) in October and is still getting billed for it. Telkom is doing unauthorized Debi checks in my standard bank account 2 months in a row. This is so **********. Without my permission.. I went into my bank and tried to reverse but was unsuccessful. It seems as tho we don't even have control of what is in our bank account. They are accessing funds in my account that is not authorized by me. I am disgusted by the way they handle their customers. All their customer service agents are programmed to say the same thing. I have opened a case and awaiting their feedback. My ID no ***. My case no. ***4.
