******* conduct at Telkom

Telkom is cancelling my copper internet connection and they are saying I will have to pay the penalty. This is *******, I didnt cancel my contract, they told me my line will be terminated (no date given) I spoke to Songezwa No***a, Vuyokazi Gwaqa and Nosipho Stofile from PE and they refused to help, they only said that I can dispute it but I will lose. This makes no sense and Telkom are allowed to get away with the worse customer service and ******* activity, Im disgusted with them.
