Il just summarise...a year ago I ordered a router from Telkom and it was delivered, they had another special and I ordered the second one which was not delivered, they called me to apologize and stated that their driver was hijacked, but they will send another 1, they later sent the 2nd one...from there I never had peace, they called so many times to accuse me of receiving the lost router, and it was call after call, I then got annoyed and stopped paying my bill cos I was not happy to be treated like a *****, the problem is still not resolved ,m still very upset
