Ignoring Service Cancellation Request

I sent all required forms for the Telkom service cancellation request to the following email address, ***, on the 17th April 2016. After numerious requests to ask if the request had been recieved i was told the cancellations team would contact me, only yesterday, over a month, i recieved a email from them asking me to resend the forms.

This is a tactic to delay the envitiable of me cancelling all contarcts with Telkom so they can continue to charge me. I have piut a stop order against all Telkom debit orders which relate to the service i requested to have cancelled.

This is once again pathetic service from a pathetic company. I just want out and this is the last contract...

I have immigrated and therefore requetsed that the service is cancelled..i oiffered to pay for any outstanding fees for the trouter but refused to pay for the service if i a mnot able to use it. Plus it is against the Consumer Protection Act to charge for a service not being recieved.

I look forward to your usual generic email making up excuses.

Im sorry, but this is the 5th time i have been told this. Please check with your Twitter team and they can confirmm and each time i tell them this is the exact same thing you told me previously yet nothing happened. It incredible how a "non-state" company can be so useless! You will not get another cent out of me!
