Ignoring logs and DM on twitter
My exchange has been faulty for the past week, and today its completely dead. I have logged a fault more than a week ago. I know your turn over time is supposed to be \72 working hours\" which is roughly 5 days but now its been 8 and no response no communication absolute silence i find that its disgusting the way all this is handled my log is 37ARK130316"
