IGNORING DISPUTE DEBITING A CANCELLED ADSL SERVICE

In September 2014 I cancelled my pathetic ADSL service opting to use Telkom's Mobile service. They continued to debit my account for ADSL along with the Mobile service subscription. A dispute was created when the error was discovered, (a year later when my wife app**** for a landline) which is also under dispute as they are debiting her account while there isn't any landline service being provided, (see my other HelloPeter report) Both 'disputes are being ignored. See Acc. No. ***. How does a person achieve anything having to deal with such *********** people. I'm going to lay ******** charges against Telkom for theft if I don't get a reaction against them. A decent company would hang their head... The least they can do is send a consultant to apologise in person and with a cheque book at the ready to settle this situation post-haste. All the details are at their finger-tips and with a PC on hand, this circus can be resolved in 10 minutes... but obviously, they don't want to resolve it... it is money in their pocket. If that isn't the case, what am I to think? Are they deliberately intent on *****ing the money? I think so! If not! Let them come & 'PAY BACK THE MONEY'!
