Ignoring Dispute but still sending demand letters
Dear Telkom,
I'm informing you that I have logged various incidents and eventually a dispute due to service outages, lack of response from your side to rectify such outages yet you still send me letters of demand. Get you National Credit Manager, that willingly signed the letter of demand to contact me seeing that you requested in the LOD to contact you urgently. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to spend my time and money to try and call 10210, as I am not willing to hold on for 1:30 hours just to explain my situation and the lack of you competence. If you want account queries to be handled efficiently, make available a different number where customers are assisted with in 5 minutes, not 2 hours!!!! Obviously there's no communication within Telkom seeing that I demand letter has been sent but no mention has been made about the dispute that was logged!!
If you want your money, contact me alternatively start the litigation process, let's see how far it gets you!!
The account number in dispute is ********** 90002
