Ignoring customers as soon as sale is made

After several attempt via the correct and available channels, I now resort to what actually has an impact. It has been several months since my upgrade and have yet to receive all items included in my upgrade package. Each time I call, email or use the chat feature I am told that someone will get back to me. Everything was still confirmed during the upgrade transaction and Telkom is not holding up their end and is now simply avoiding the issue. I will happily take this further if Telkom continues ignoring the concern and continuously providing nothing but false promises.
