Ignoring cancellation

<p>I have sent cancellation forms in august to have my telkom line cancelled. Im still getting accounts. I took so long to get through and when i eventually did nobody knew where my forms were. I have spoken to someone yesterday who promised me immediate response. Im still waiting. These are the following people that didnt get back to me.
