Ignoring a client

Telkom received my payment for my mobile contract, and I've sent then proof of payment from my bank which was stamped by my bank. Now they want a 3 month bank statement for who knows why when the payment for December is in question. Lehlohonolo Emelio Legege is ignoring my emails now and cant answer my questions. Please just allocate my payment to my account. Your service is getting super ridiculous!!!
