IGNORANCE OR ***********???

<p>I have contacted Telkom Business Billing Dept 10217 numerous times to have one number split from an business account that we have and to put that certain line on its own account. (Leave the other 2 numbers on the account). Getting putting backwards and forwards telephonically nobody at Telkom Business knows if it can/cannot be done!! Finally a Clairise Somerset took down my whole request and forwarded it to a certain Jody Harrison who according to her might be able to assist us, which until today Jody never even showed the courtesy of responding to Clairise's e-mail to him which was sent on 06 March 2017!!! I also tried to chat to a agent on Telkom website by e-mailing and leaving my office number to phone me back. Still NO response from any "friendly agent" to assist me! I cannot go to a Telkom Direct Store, they apparantly "don't assist business clients"????????????? What the hell am I then suppose to do to get any assistance in this matter???????? My manager is putting pressure on me to have this finalised by the end of the week, but my hands are tied!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
