IGNORANCE AND ARROGANCE AT TELKOM and becoming personal

**** service. arrogant and ******** staff, up to manager level. we are told by our last call / consultant that they are getting fed-up with us. why.....our business line is blocked for 1 week. we are issued with REFERENCE NUMBERS, we told to call in 24 hours, then we are told to call in 2 hours, then we are told to call in 3 hours, and now we are told that we are being a nuisance ..!!!!!! WHO DO WE COMPLAIN TO NOW.......their TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT has now made it personal and will NOT UNBLOCK OUR NUMBER because we are complaining too much
