If you want to regret, insure your phone with Telkom insurance (Finrite)

I dont understand when will Telkom aim for quality service, when you sign a contract with them they advice that you take the insurance, now my phone is lost and I want to get hold of the Finrite (Telkom phone Insurance), to my surprise they keep on hanging up my calls, already used over R50.00 of air, when I request assistance from the telkom service consultants they say they can't help me, I'll have to make a plan on following up, I sent them an email but there's no response. I wouldn't advice anyone to take Telkom insurance when buying a phone.
