If you want to loose money, by Telkom bundles through Open serve

I have purchased a R700 data bundle from telkom. they sing me a reference number and a transaction number. on activation they said there was a problem and they will sort it out as quickly as possible. that was 7 days ago. since then I have phoned every department in telkom , every number I could find. I have emailed open serve numerous times. and no help !!!!! I even have Telkom fault log numbers and that did not help me. So if you consider joining Open serve and buying Telkom bundles. be warned if anything goes wrong there will be no help and you will loose your money
