If you ever have to deal with customer service ask for Npokozo Ngozi

Disclaimer: This is not a 5 star review for Telkom, not in my life shall I ever review Telkom 5 Stars, negative 5 stars maybe.

Rather this review is to praise the Telkom customer service unicorn that I discovered today, Npokozo Ngozi. I have been with Telkom for 3 years now, not counting 2 years of ADSL. Telkom is a nightmare, from an entire company that doesn't know how a date works, to probably the worst "don't care attitude" towards customers in South Africa, to a horrific customer service centre.

But today I found a unicorn in customer service, so if you ever have to deal with customer service, please ask for the only person I have dealt with, through 5 years, that can actually solve your problem by herself in minutes, the Telkom unicorn, Npokozo Ngozi.
