There are so many people "working" at Telkom Mobile that nobody knows what is going on. Nobody is responsible for anything. If you have a problem it is permanent, you remain without a working cellphone. No management, no supervisors, nobody cares. I will give my *** and 083 cell 629 phone 7232 numbers but there will be no response, they don't give a ****.
