On the 23 August 2024 I was over charged by telkom a R1000. I called them and the agent told me that I the charge was due to the subscriptions that were made on my account, which weren't done by me, by on their side. They had then said that they are busy processing claims for paying back the money to people that were affected. I have done so many follow ups up until now I still haven't got back my money, and it's over a month now. But they deducted me this month again how when they haven't payed back my money. It is so sad that every month I pay you guys about R800, but you robbing the person that been supporting your business for year's now.
