If you are considering Telkom - DON'T!!! BE WARNED!!!
Absolute Shocking Service from TELKOM Have been trying since Saturday to be connected on my data account after payment from ABSA to ABSA. Any other Company will pick up the payment immediately. Send to MD's via Twitter - NO RESPONSE. Even send proof of payment to ********** ********** ********** ********** This company is really afraid of putting one through to speak to a manager or supervisor as they are always not available. I'm appalled by the service Telkom offers. Actually, I can't say anything as there is NO SERVICE!!! I can even provide a list of names whom we have spoken to thus far. SHOCKING!!!!!!!!
IF you actually do your job, then I will consider reviewing my rating on this review.

06 May 2019, 08:32O and payment prof was also emailed to ********** who would have had it escalated, but we are still waiting and it is Monday. Again have been on the phone this morning for 1 already and still waiting. O and I see that you put a lot of ****** in place of the email addresses. I can always just reply on this review with the email front and tell everyone that the rest is @ telkom . co . za
