If they cant sort their problems tell us so we can go to another provider

I went to telkom front office to upgrade my 2 cell contracts.The deals i want they dont have stock,no problem i ask the lady if she can order.Her reply was no i must drive to another front office.Then we went online and the lady who phoned us back was very helpfull and say the phones will be diliverred in 3 days after which we phone just to hear there is no stock,so what happen to the stock which supposed to be allocated to us
