If there was a zero star, I would give them

I had cellphone contract which has expired with telkom, and when the contract ended, I was surprised to see an emailed invoice from telkom, for continuing to use telkom and I sent them an email, and told them that I don't want to continue with Telekom and they better not, debit any money from my account because the contract has expired I owe them nothing, but this bunch of ****** still debited money from my account without my permission. worse part of all this theifs didn't even bother explaining to me what happens when the contract expires.
