If only there were negative stars
<p>FINALLY, we get a line installed after facing massive issues just to get to this point. The installation guys arrive and ask me for a modem - I don't have a modem, when I ordered the product I said I needed a modem to come at installation - they also DON'T have a modem... so we have a line, no modem. </p> <p>The installation guys tell me I can just go down to a Telkom store to get one- I go to 2 Telkom stores - neither have modems -I ask them if they can check which store actually has a modem. The answer? No store in the whole of gauteng... so I call them... After waiting 10 minutes just to speak to a human she says she can't hear me, hangs up and DOES NOT CALL BACK. </p> <p>So, I move on to the next option and send an email. A day later I get told they will deliver one! Yupee?? No - it was suppose to arrive 2 days ago! Guess who is not replying to my emails anymore?? </p> <p>Have I been able to call during work hours ? No, I teach English online so that is not a possibility and also why I so urgently need this modem. I can't take another day off because I already did that for the installation! </p> <p>Fed up?? YES!!!</p> <p>Recommending Telkom?? He'll no! Stay away!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>BTW -finally got a spare modem from a friend and can't use it -cause I need an order number to set it up myself and DID NOT GET GIVEN ONE.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you want to waste your time and only get half a job done but pay for it all - Telkom is the company for you. </p>
