If only I had Uncapped LTE, I would not what is going on...

It would really help if someone told the South African citizen that there is a difference between the two telkom stores you would typically find in a mall. I did not: so I assume I am fed up with telkom mobile and not telkom direct. So to whom this may concern (which ever telkom representative) please help me resolve the following.

I signed an uncapped LTE contract at the telkom(mobile) store, being told that an external credit vetting process needed to take place etc. I found it strange as my wife went to the shop (direct: so I came to know later) earlier the week to confirm the deal, stating I only need to provide all the required documentation and that all would be working in 48hours.

At at the Telkom (mobile)store I was told I need an external antenna etc. which will take 5-7 working days. After telling my wife, she said that is not what she has been told. Soon realizing there are two stores in canal walk. So I went to the other store(direct) to confirm this story.

They said the following:

1. There are two different telkom stores (direct/mobile), owned by two different people: btw they look the same, have the same branding and the representatives wear the same clothing.

2. No external antenna is required for uncapped LTE anymore.

And I will still get LTE speeds, as they have upgraded the base stations.

3. Direct: in store credit vetting

Mobile: 3rd Party credit

4. With them I can walk out with the completed deal.

Problem is I already signed the contract at the "other" telkom store.

so I went back to the (mobile) store, confronted my sales rep and he said including his manager in the conversation:

You need the antenna, you will only get 3G speeds without it. I said the other telkom (direct) store state of it was not required. They imp**** that the other store(direct) was not competent.

so I returned to the other(direct) store and they said the following:

1. There are no more antennas left, and they showed me the email stating no more antennas are required.

however, to their dismay the manager admitted that should the other store provide an antenna, I wil have a better link, and he would wait. So I thanked him. And left my contract at mobile.

fast forward 3 days.

i receive a phone call from mobile stating:

there is no such thing as uncapped LTE,

the salesperson is inexperienced and offered me the wrong deal.

uncapped has a soft cap of 50gb regardless of use.

I stated: only P2P is limited to 50gb.

The representative said:

That is not the case.

I should consider the 100gb deal for 999 or uncapped 3G for 899. Which makes no sense. I asked her to mail me the details. She took my details and never responded.

I have signed a contract in store, have no internet and have no idea what is happening.

Can someone (direct or mobile) I prefer direct as they have been the honest ones of the bunch please sort out this mess.

Cancel my telkom contract, (at mobile) and give me another telkom contract[how absurd] (one from the direct store), Uncapped LTE (at LTE speeds, antenna or no antenna if I get the same speed) with 50gb P2P soft cap only, but uncapped streaming etc.
